So, my big goal at the moment is to become healthy physically and mentally. I know that I don’t treat my insides very well and hanging out in bed all day every day is taking a toll on my body (and mind). I tried stretching the other day and I almost started crying because I noticed how much my body as been affected by depression. Like, I knew aesthetically it has changed, I’ve lost too much weight for my liking, but it devastates me more that I’m no longer strong and flexible. My muscles are slowly deteriorating and my knees have become weak from lack of movement.
Anyway, I’m going to try this. I’ve set a timer for every day at the same time to do the daily activity. Starting small :)
probably a good idea tho it will probably never happen :D at least until my room is clean (never).
